We will accept most people - our members are diverse and can fill a range of roles, from skirmish to shield walls to ranged support. In larger games (Melbourne), we tend to act as skirmishers and "motivational soldiers" - pushing forward, always. Of course, being the poorest of the poor, our aesthetic ideally resembles a mass of rags and rusted armour rather than a well-organised army. Most of us have joined either because we saw a route to power (through bribes, treachery and bullying, as well as the cheap mercenary work) or because we didn't have a choice (dragged off the streets and forced to fight). We are far from a 'good' warband, and definitely far from 'professional'.
