My slight variation on the standard pasta sauce. Please note that i don't make my own sauce.


Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 x onion
  • 2 x rashers of bacon
  • 500g uncooked pasta
  • 1 x clove of garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1 x jar of pasta sauce


1. Dice onion and bacon then add to oiled frypan
2. Put pasta into pot of boiling water
3. When onion is starting to brown add cruched clove of garlic
4. Let garlic cook for a bit then add mince
5. When mince is browned add pasta sauce and mix well
6. Drain pasta when cooked and return pasta to pot
7. Add sauce to pasta and mix well.
