For the game Warbirds I had offered to run an in character bar, so as a game designer I decided to make choices about how it would run to maximise it's integration into the game.

The first issue was that I didn't know if I would be doing this as a PC or NPC role so it had to give me options to be able to interact with he game and not just serve beers. This was actually easier to fix as I have had an idea for a LARP character for a while, that of a Russian crime figure. So I figured I'd have him run a bar with some dodgy dealing going on, a good enough premise for some fun.
